IV. PREPARATION FOR VITAMIN SOLUTION
Vitamin solution
Vitamin B12 : 0.1 gram diluted in 500 ml distilled water ( gradually 100 ml )
Vitamin H : 0.1 gram diluted in 500 ml distilled water ( gradually 100 ml )
Vitamin mix solution
0.2 gram thiamin ( vit B1 ) diluted in 200 gram, added 1 ml vitamin B12 and 1 ml vitamin H
Vitamin B12 solution
2 ml vitamin B12 dilluted in 200 ml distilled water
all vitamin need not autoclave
